Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to manage, analyze, and forecast data across approximately 10 production units. The role involves active coordination between sales, production, and demand planning teams to ensure accurate data flow, optimized planning, and timely decision-making. The candidate must have advanced Excel skills, strong analytical thinking, and hands-on experience in data management and demand planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain centralized data drives for all 10 production units, ensuring proper organization, access control, and version tracking.
• Record, analyze, and validate daily production, dispatch, sales, and stock data for accuracy and consistency.
• Collect and consolidate sales orders and counter data, verify material availability with production units, and update status reports.
• Actively participate in demand planning – analyze sales trends, production capacity, and inventory data to forecast future requirements.
• Prepare and maintain advanced Excel dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports for sales, production, inventory, and demand forecasting.
• Support management in making data-driven planning and allocation decisions.
• Identify data discrepancies, trends, and variances between production and sales reports, and ensure corrective measures.
• Coordinate with production in-charges and sales teams to maintain alignment between demand and supply.
• Maintain confidentiality, data integrity, and documentation as per company standards.
• Continuously improve data collection, reporting, and demand forecasting processes for better efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce, Statistics, Computer Science, or related preferred).
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in data analysis, MIS, or demand planning within production, operations, or sales coordination.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel – advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookups, dashboards, automation, and data validation.
• Advanced knowledge of shared drives / cloud data management (Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.).
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage large datasets, meet tight deadlines, and provide actionable insights.

Work Environment:

• Office-based role with regular coordination between sales, production, and planning teams across 10 production units.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
