Shift In-charge - Production

We are looking for a Shift In-Charge to join our footwear manufacturing unit. This role is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to kick-start their careers in production management. Candidates with a Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or ITI are encouraged to apply. The Shift In-Charge will be responsible for managing production related activities, coordinating with the manpower, generating reports, maintaining stocks, performing preventive maintenance activities, and managing spare inventory.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the production team to ensure that production schedules are met.
• Manage and optimize production processes to ensure maximum efficiency and quality.
• Supervise and coordinate with the production workforce to ensure that they follow all protocols and produce high-quality products.
• Generate daily and weekly reports on production activities, including progress and any issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records of stock inventory and ensure that there is sufficient stock for production requirements.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities to ensure that all equipment is in good working order..

Requirements:

• Diploma holder/ BTech Mechanical/ITI
• Coordination skills
• Excellent communication
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
