Shift In-charge - Production

As a Process - Shift In charge at VR Manpower Solutions Coimbatore, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the operations and management of the shift. You will be required to ensure smooth functioning and efficiency of the processes under your supervision. Key Responsibilities: - Should have experience in any continuous running process industry or factory only. - Must be willing to work in flexible shifts and extra hours as needed. - Prefer candidates who can join immediately. - Proficiency in data-driven decision making. - Expertise in supply chain and inventory management. - Knowledge of Lean Management principles. - Experience in handling and training manpower. - Working knowledge in IMS (ISO). - Only fit male candidates without any allergies to heat, dust, and skin. Qualification Required: - Engineering Degree in Chemical, Petrochemical, or Mechanical. - Additional requirement of proficiency in computers (MS Office). - Added advantage if holding a Boiler Engineer or Operator License. - 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in the industry. As a Full-time, Permanent employee, you will be entitled to benefits such as food provision, paid sick time, and paid time off. The work schedule may involve day shift, night shift, or rotational shifts based on operational requirements. The work location will be in person at the designated facility. Please note that the specified age limit for this position is 30 to 35 years with a salary range of Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 46,000.
