You will be responsible for end-to-end supervision of cutting operations during your assigned shift at the PU Foam Plant in Chegunta, Hyderabad. Your main focus will be on ensuring accurate cutting as per order sheets, achieving maximum yield, minimizing wastage, and providing timely dispatch support. Key Responsibilities: - Plan the daily cutting schedule based on the production plan and order priority. - Allocate work to operators and helpers, and monitor productivity per machine. - Ensure that correct dimensions, grade, and density are followed as per the job card. - Track the yield and wastage sheet for every block cut, and ensure that wastage is kept below the target. - Maintain the cutting log, bundle count sheet, and issue slip accuracy. - Coordinate with QC, Stores, and Dispatch for materials and load planning. - Ensure that machine maintenance and safety protocols are followed. - Provide a shift report detailing output, issues, and pending points. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): - Yield percentage and wastage percentage. - On-time cutting completion. - Zero cutting dimension complaints. - Shift discipline and manpower utilization.
