Job Description:
Responsible for managing production activities during the shift, ensuring smooth plant operations, quality compliance, safety, and timely achievement of targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise shift operations as per SOPs & GMP.
Monitor production, quality, and yield.
Manage manpower and allocate work.
Coordinate with QA, QC, Maintenance & Warehouse.
Maintain shift logs, batch records & reports.
Ensure safety practices and handle shift issues/breakdowns.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Pharma /Science.
3–7 years experience in excipient/chemical/pharma industry.
Good knowledge of GMP & plant processes.
Strong leadership & communication skills.
