Full Time
o Supervise daily fabrication activities and ensure adherence to production schedules.
o Coordinate with team members, supervisors, and other departments to facilitate workflow.
o Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
o Conduct safety briefings and inspections to prevent accidents and incidents.
o Monitor fabrication processes to ensure products meet quality standards.
o Identify and address any quality issues promptly.
o Allocate manpower and machinery efficiently to meet production targets.
o Ensure availability of raw materials, tools, and equipment.
o Maintain records of production, safety incidents, and equipment maintenance.
o Prepare shift reports and communicate progress and issues to management.
o Address operational issues and resolve technical problems that arise during the shift.
o Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and preventive maintenance.
o Guide and support team members in their tasks.
o Ensure staff follow safety guidelines and work procedures.
o Ensure fabrication activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and environmental regulations.
o Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
o Implement best practices and participate in kaizen activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
