Job Title: Customer Support Executive (CSE) Location: JT Shift Timing: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM Experience: 1 to 2 years Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month Gender Preference: Male / Female Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making follow-up calls related to the delivery of trucks and parcels, ensuring smooth communication between customers and the logistics team. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound follow-up calls to customers regarding the delivery status of trucks and parcels. Coordinate with internal teams to track and update delivery information. Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and updates. Provide timely feedback to the operations team for improvement. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or a similar role. Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Basic computer knowledge and experience in handling call logs or CRM software is a plus. Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment. Punctual, disciplined, and team-oriented.
