About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive / Data Analyst to manage and optimize our data and reporting functions. The candidate will be responsible for converting raw operational data into actionable insights, reports, and dashboards to support data-driven decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management & Reporting

• Extract, clean, and compile data from various sources (CRM, ERP, Sales, Logistics).
• Design and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop interactive dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or Tableau for real-time performance tracking.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and generate customized reports as per business requirements.

System & Process Optimization

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve workflow efficiency.
• Act as a liaison between business and IT teams to align reporting tools with business needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 1–2 years in MIS, Data Analytics, or Reporting.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, VBA preferred).
• Tools: Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.) and Data Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation abilities.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
