Product Design & Development: Design mechanical components and systems using CAD software such as Inventor, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc. Conceptualization & Prototyping: Develop 3D models, design concepts, and build physical prototypes to test feasibility. Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings and technical documentation as per ISO 9001 standards for manufacturing and assembly. Material Selection: Choose appropriate materials based on mechanical properties, cost effectiveness, and environmental factors. Stress & Tolerance Analysis: Use FEA/CFD tools (like ANSYS, Abaqus, Fluent) to ensure designs can withstand operational stresses and loads. Collaboration: Coordinate with electrical, manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams to ensure smooth product development. Design Optimization: Redesign and improve existing products for enhanced performance, cost-efficiency, and manufacturability. Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
