Account Executive

Job Summary:

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with statutory requirements. The role involves handling bookkeeping, vendor payments, reconciliation, and supporting the preparation of financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain all day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, ERP).
• Prepare and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and other financial documents.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Perform bank reconciliations and vendor/supplier reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances and returns.
• Coordinate with internal departments for expense tracking and budgeting.
• Support external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Maintain proper records of fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
• Monitor petty cash and prepare periodic summaries.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance).
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance role.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP, SAP, or similar).
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
