We’re looking for a Data Analyst who can turn raw data into actionable insights that directly influence product and business decisions. In this role, you’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to build dashboards, analyze experiments, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our data systems. What you’ll do? Build and maintain Looker & Looker Studio dashboards; ensure KPIs are accurate, timely, and explorable. Analyze user behavior, funnels, and A/B tests, delivering clear recommendations with estimated business impact. Monitor GA4 Snowflake pipelines, troubleshoot issues, and maintain documentation for metrics and definitions. Manage analytics requests from stakeholders, set priorities, and provide timely support. Extract, manipulate, and manage data from RDBMS like MySQL or PostgreSQL for reporting and analysis. Create visually compelling reports and dashboards using BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar platforms. To be successful in this role, you should have Qualification: BE/BTech in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field from a top institute (like IIT, NIT, BITS, etc.).
Experience: 4 to 6 years
Skills Hands-on expertise with Looker Studio, Google Analytics, SQL, and Snowflake. Strong analytical skills to interpret charts, graphs, and raw data into actionable recommendations. Familiarity with A/B testing, product analytics, and web analytics tools. Ability to communicate insights effectively to technical and non- technical stakeholders. Understanding of business objectives and aligning data insights with strategic goals Must-Haves Proven experience withLooker Studio Working experience with Google Analytics (GA4) Strong ability to derive decisions from data visualization (charts & graphs) Nice to Have Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
