We are looking for a Data Analyst 2, with a strong foundation in both programming and data science skills, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data to drive meaningful insights and improvements. You are adept at working with cross-functional teams and have a knack for transforming complex data into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with data science teams to implement and refine ML models, supporting simple enhancements to improve outcomes.
- Develop automated reporting solutions using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of data reporting structures, ensuring ongoing accuracy and reliability.
- Provide technical and analytical support for client-facing initiatives, ensuring data-driven insights are at the forefront of strategic decisions.
- Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and actionability.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as data science, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in programming and data science, with a solid understanding of using ML models for data analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for developing actionable insights and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage and manipulate large datasets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working well with cross-functional teams.
- An understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce data is a plus.
Preferred:
- Exposure to the e-commerce, advertising, or affiliate marketing industries.
- Exposure to the industries such as Retail, CPG, Travel, or Finance with a digital marketing focus
