Job Description

We are hiring a Data Analyst who can collect, clean, analyze data, and convert it into meaningful insights to support business decision-making. The role involves report automation, dashboard creation, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and prepare raw data for analysis
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for management
• Automate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting
• Work with internal teams to understand business requirements
• Present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Python for data processing and automation
• Strong working knowledge of MySQL (queries, extraction, validation)
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Dashboards; VBA is a plus)
• Experience in MIS reporting and performance dashboards
• Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau / Data Studio is an added advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills (written & verbal)
• Background in statistics or data analysis preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
