Position: IT Sales Executive Experience: 2 -3 Years Location : Pune JOB DESCRIPTION Academic Background: B com/ BA / B. Tech. (Electronics/ IT) / MBA or an equivalent recognized diploma in IT engineering General Accountability - To handle the end-to-end connectivity needs of a set of Key accounts. Ensure the sales & Revenue targets are achieved by selling IT Products (Laptop / Workstations / Server etc,), IT Solutions(Networking/Data Security….), IT Projects, Cloud, Voice, Audio / Video… Nature and Scope - The role is responsible for identifying & developing new leads from new/existing accounts, coordinating first kick-off meetings, reviewing customer requirements, and identifying Company capabilities for designing resolutions and project take-off. - Further, the role handles day-to-day customer management operations and resolves customer issues and complaints promptly. The key challenges for the role are: - Managing key customers and building long-term relationships leading to increased business for the Company.
