🌞 Job Overview

Data Analyst

🔑 Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data related to

    solar EPC projects, O&M performance, energy generation, and site-level KPIs

  • Develop and maintain dashboards using

    Excel, Power BI, or Tableau

    for management reporting
  • Track project progress, cost analysis, timelines, and resource utilization
  • Analyze plant performance, PR, CUF, downtime, and maintenance trends
  • Support finance and procurement teams with cost, billing, and vendor analysis
  • Automate routine MIS and reporting processes
  • Work with digital marketing team to analyze campaign performance and lead data
  • Present insights to leadership for strategic and operational decisions
🛠 Required Skills & Tools
  • Advanced

    MS Excel / Google Sheets

    (Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas)
  • Strong knowledge of

    SQL

    for data extraction
  • Experience with

    Power BI / Tableau

    dashboards
  • Basic knowledge of

    Python

    for data analysis (preferred)
  • Understanding of

    solar project data, EPC workflows, or O&M reporting

    is a strong plus
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
  • Experience in

    Renewable Energy / Infrastructure / EPC companies

  • Knowledge of MIS, ERP, CRM, or SCADA data integration
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
