Data Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will work with large datasets, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights that help improve business performance. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decisions
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities using structured and unstructured data
• Collaborate with business, marketing, finance, and technical teams to understand data requirements
• Maintain and manage databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
• Monitor data accuracy and ensure data quality and integrity
• Support ad-hoc data analysis and recurring reporting needs
• Document data definitions, methodologies, and reporting processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into clear recommendations
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python, R, or similar data analysis languages
• Familiarity with databases, data warehousing, and reporting frameworks
• Understanding of business intelligence and analytics best practices
• Exposure to cloud platforms or big data tools is a plus
