Data Analyst cum MIS (Google Apps Script Expert)

Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & MIS Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly MIS dashboards for Sales, CRM, Inventory, HR & Finance
• Analyses large datasets to identify trends, gaps, and performance insights
• Ensure data accuracy, validation, and reconciliation across departments
• Create automated reports for Management & HO

Google Apps Script & Automation

• Develop and maintain Google Apps Script solutions for:
• Google Sheets automation
• Workflow approvals
• Auto email & WhatsApp alerts
• Data validation & access control
• Integrate Google Forms, Sheets, Gmail & Drive using Apps Script
• Optimize existing scripts for performance and scalability
• Handle API integrations (basic to intermediate)

Dashboard & Tools

• Design interactive dashboards using:
• Google Sheets (advanced formulas)
• App Script-powered MIS systems
• Implement role-based access and data security
• Automate attendance, asset management, CRM & KPI tracking systems

Cross-Functional Support

• Work closely with Sales, HR, Accounts & Operations teams
• Translate business requirements into automated MIS solutions
• Provide training & documentation to end users

Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in Google Apps Script (JavaScript-based coding)
• Advanced Google Sheets (Query, Pivot, Array Formula, Regex, IMPORTRANGE)
• Data analysis & reporting skills
• Automation & workflow design
• API integration knowledge (preferred)

Educational Qualification

• Graduate / Post Graduate in Data Analytics, Computer Science, IT, or related field

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Jewellery / Retail / Manufacturing industry
• Hands-on experience with CRM, Sales MIS, Inventory or HR dashboards
• Knowledge of SQL / Power BI / Looker Studio (added advantage)
