Data Analyst

Job Overview:

We’re looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with operations, product, and leadership teams to collect, interpret, and analyze data that drives strategic and operational decisions. Your insights will directly contribute to optimizing our cold chain network and enhancing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Insights: Collect, clean, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Reporting & Visualization: Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to communicate key metrics.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor operational KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Business Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Decision Support: Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic initiatives and operational decisions.
• Data Quality: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across systems and reports.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Excellent skills in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling.
• Experience working with Python or R for data analysis (preferred).
• Solid understanding of business KPIs, operations, and data-driven problem-solving.
• Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
