Job description About this role We are a dynamic team working on integrating Aladdin, eFront, and Insight to provide seamless and powerful solutions for our clients. Our mission is to enhance portfolio management capabilities and deliver robust analytics through innovative technology. Insight is an analytical application connected to a private market data exchange network managed by eFront. It allows users to monitor, analyze, and manage data across various asset classes, providing powerful tools for data slicing and portfolio analysis. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dev Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET development, management experience, and a proven track record in code reviews, cross-team collaboration, and full-stack development. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the development of Clickthrough features, ensuring high-quality code and timely delivery. Manage a team of developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations. Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices. Work closely with other teams, including product management, UX/UI design, and QA, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features. Engage in both front-end and back-end development tasks, contributing to the overall architecture and design of the application. Requirements: Proficiency in .NET development. Experience with full-stack development, including front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular) and back-end technologies (e.g., SQL Server, Azure). Proven experience in managing development teams. Ability to mentor and guide junior developers. Strong experience in conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams. Familiarity with Aladdin, eFront, and Insight platforms is a plus. Experience with cloud services and DevOps practices.
