Description Technically proficient on infrastructure security to guide employees on technical implementations. Skilled on risk management, to identify and report risk and areas of weakness to drive security prioritization. Maintaining GRC tool evidence – validate evidence, challenge employees, and guide them to supplying proper evidence to show compliance. Reviewing risk from security exceptions. Building standards and processes. Reviewing cloud security solutions against required security baseline. Requirements be successful in this position, you will have proven experience in Cyber Security Management within the Automotive industry or a related environment. Essential Specific Functional Capabilities, Knowledge and Skills Required Engineering degree in IT, IT-Security, Software, Electronics and with 10-15 years of relevant experience Proven experience as Cybersecurity Manager in Automotive development or Embedded SW development Profound knowledge of the relevant automotive Cybersecurity standard ISO/SAE 21434 is mandatory (a personnel certificate is of benefit) Profound knowledge of UNECE R155/156 is mandatory Profound knowledge about cryptography, signature procedures, hardware security modules, TaRa and Cybersecurity incident response in the automotive environment High problem-solving competence, very good analytical and conceptual skills as well as strong team and communication skills Solution oriented way of working and keep on track even in critical situations Good English language skills in reading & writing (German language is of benefit) Willingness for occasional business trips Tool Skills Windchill RV&S (PTC Integrity) Microsoft Office Medini Analyze Language Skills Must be fluent in English Travel Requirements Local Infrequent. Job responsibilities Support analysis of Cybersecurity requirements from the customer Provide Cybersecurity Management (incl. alignment, coordination, and monitoring of internal and external Cybersecurity activities) Development and alignment of the Cybersecurity Plan (internal and with supplier(s)) Support development of Cybersecurity concepts (incl.TaRa) Working closely together with the teams within implementation, analysis, and verification/validation of Cybersecurity requirements Support within verification of Cybersecurity concepts Support to production side to ensure that Cybersecurity concepts achieved through production Compilation and maintaining of the Cybersecurity Case according to ISO/SAE 21434 Evaluation and presentation of Cybersecurity status in the project (to internal and external stakeholders) Close collaboration with Project Management, Quality Department and Functional Safety Management Management of Cybersecurity Vulnerabilities Cybersecurity Incident Responses during and after SOP What we offer Culture of caring.
