Key Responsibilities

💬 Customer Support & Coordination

• Handle customer helpline queries related to Products
• Coordinate lead management & pre-sales support
• Ensure smooth customer journeys & timely follow-ups
• Collaborate with internal teams & external partners for quick issue resolution

🚀 Product Development Support

• Analyze user journeys to identify friction points & improvements
• Provide customer insights to shape product roadmap
• Collect & synthesize user feedback for validation
• Present findings & recommendations to stakeholders
• Act as a bridge between customers & product teams

Required Qualifications

🛠️ Technical & Product Skills

• Basic understanding of tech & product development
• Strong analytical & problem-solving mindset
• Familiarity with

  Figma

  , wireframing & prototyping
• Attention to detail & data-driven decision making

🤝 Communication & Interpersonal Skills

• Excellent verbal & written communication
• Strong stakeholder coordination abilities
• Self-motivated; works independently & in teams

Experience Requirements

• Experience assisting customers in pre-sales journey
• Background in customer service or support roles
• Exposure to customer success/journey closure activities (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Product management or UX/UI experience (internships/projects welcome)
• Knowledge of user research methods & customer feedback analysis
• BFSI/fintech background is a plus
• Basic web/mobile tech knowledge & design principles
• Familiarity with product analytics & digital journey mapping
