POS-12419 People Ops Coordinator - Partnerships Working hours - 12PM - 9PM IST HubSpot is looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join our People Operations team. In this role, you will be collaborating with the wider People Operations team to ensure a truly unique & remarkable employee experience for each and every individual. Process transactions in the HRIS with focus on accuracy and completeness. Act as DRI for one of our key processes. Review "As Is" People Ops transactions and reporting processes with a continuous improvement and automation mindset, submit 1+ recommendations per month on whether changes, including further automation, can be made to improve the process and partner with cross functional teams on implementation. In partnership with the HRIS team, identify opportunities to improve and automate People Ops processes. Collaborate in entry-level cross-functional projects in support of our key priorities. Maintain online employee records and conduct audits as needed to ensure compliance To Excel in this role you will need to have: 2+ years of experience as an People Ops coordinator or relevant human resources position Experience in INVOL TERM Customer service orientation with high attention to detail and follow through People Operations experience partnering with People functions (Compensation, Payroll, etc). Experience with HRIS systems (e.g.Workday) Possesses strong organizational abilities; experience within a global team setting is preferred. Capable of efficiently managing and prioritizing multiple assignments and competing deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
