Full training on our products will be provided. Key Responsibilities: • Provide timely and professional support to U.S.-based customers via chat, email, and phone. • Troubleshoot customer issues and guide them through solutions. • Escalate complex cases to technical teams when necessary. • Document interactions and maintain accurate records in support systems. • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and identify common issues.
