Job Title: Customer Support Specialist (Remote – US Shift) Location: Remote (India-based candidates only; occasional reporting to Chennai office if required) About Us: TPI is a growing IT solutions company specializing in tax compliance products for U.S.-based customers. We are expanding our customer support team to deliver reliable, high-quality service to users of our IRS-approved tax products. Role Overview: We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role is fully remote, with the expectation to work during U.S. daytime hours. You will be the first line of support for our customers, assisting them with product usage, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. Full training on our products will be provided. Key Responsibilities: • Provide timely and professional support to U.S.-based customers via chat, email, and phone. • Troubleshoot customer issues and guide them through solutions. • Escalate complex cases to technical teams when necessary. • Document interactions and maintain accurate records in support systems. • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and identify common issues. Requirements: • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills. • Ability to work night shifts aligned with U.S. daytime hours. • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Willingness to report to our Chennai office when required. • Prior experience in customer support is preferred, but not mandatory.
