Role Overview

You will be part of a distributed development team, contributing to the front-end architecture of our government-compliant tax filing platforms. Your work will directly impact thousands of users across the country, ensuring secure, intuitive, and efficient tax form submissions.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance React.js applications
• Collaborate with remote team members across frontend, backend, QA, and product
• Work closely with designers and backend developers to implement UI/UX improvements
• Optimize components for maximum performance across web-capable devices and browsers
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of team practices
• Ensure secure coding standards in compliance with federal system guidelines

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of professional experience working with

  React.js

• Strong proficiency in

  JavaScript

  ,

  HTML5

  ,

  CSS3

  , and

  ES6+

• Experience with

  Redux

  ,

  React Hooks

  , and RESTful API integration
• Familiarity with

  Git

  ,

  CI/CD workflows

  , and Agile methodologies
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote team
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Must be based in

  India

  and willing to travel to

  on short notice

Nice to Have

• Experience working in government or compliance-heavy applications
• Familiarity with

  TypeScript

• Understanding of security practices for web applications
• Exposure to backend systems (Node.js, AWS) is a plus
