Front-End Developer with expertise in React.js

Position Summary

The selected candidate will contribute to the development and enhancement of front-end interfaces across TPI’s product suite. This role requires disciplined coding practices, attention to detail, and adherence to TPI’s standards for performance, consistency, and security.

The developer will work closely with the Tech Lead and other team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain front-end components using

  React.js

• Ensure seamless integration between front-end modules and backend APIs (JSON-based)
• Implement responsive and accessible UI designs compatible with major devices and browsers
• Conduct front-end debugging, performance tuning, and UI refinements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend and AI-development units
• Maintain clear documentation of features, components, and workflows
• Follow TPI coding guidelines, security practices, and version control protocols

Required Qualifications

• Experience with React Hooks, component lifecycle, and modular front-end architecture
• Familiarity with RESTful API integration using JSON
• Ability to write clean, reusable, and maintainable code with attention to detail
• Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub and collaborative development practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and capacity to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating React.js with Python (Flask/Django) backends
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and design best practices
• Experience with responsive frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS)
• Prior work on dashboards or workflow-driven systems

Compensation

• Compensation is performance-reviewed and may be adjusted periodically
• Payments issued on monthly basis
