Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in 

  ReactJS

   development with strong practical knowledge.
• Solid understanding of 

  useEffect

  , 

  React.memo

  , and 

  component re-rendering behavior

  .
• Hands-on experience with 

  Redux Toolkit

  , 

  Redux Saga

  , and/or 

  Context API

  .
• Exposure to real-world edge cases and performance optimization in React apps.
• Understanding of concepts like

  hydration errors

  , and 

  code-splitting

• Project experience working on 

  admin panels

   or similar complex UIs.
• Familiarity with 

  TypeScript

    should be willing to improve on types/interfaces.
• Knowledge of software development best practices, version control (Git), and modern frontend tooling.
• Good communication skills with a structured and honest approach to problem-solving.
