Job Description

As a Customer Support Specialist within the E-Commerce Division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving online sales. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with online customers through various support channels such as calls, live chat, emails, and social media. By providing timely and professional assistance, you will guide customers through their online shopping experience, address inquiries about products and promotions, and resolve any issues related to orders or deliveries. Additionally, you will collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to track orders, shipments, and returns, ensuring a seamless customer experience. In cases where issues remain unresolved, you will escalate them to the relevant internal departments. It is imperative that you maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM systems and provide valuable feedback to management for process improvements. Meeting individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction will be essential. To excel in this role, you should stay informed about product updates, company policies, and system enhancements. Your qualifications should include a high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree being preferred, along with at least 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in an e-commerce or retail setting. Strong communication skills, proficiency in CRM systems and e-commerce platforms, and the ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently are crucial for success in this position. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and demonstrate a customer-first mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional service. Preferred skills include experience with platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce, familiarity with order management and shipping software, as well as bilingual or multilingual abilities.
