Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to manage customer queries, returns/exchanges, and shipping coordination for our women’s clothing brand. The ideal candidate should be customer-oriented, detail-driven, and comfortable handling both calls and online communication while ensuring a smooth order fulfillment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries across phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media DMs.
• Manage returns and exchange requests in line with company policies, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing queries regarding products, orders, and policies.
• Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for timely shipping, tracking, and delivery of customer orders.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, returns, and issue resolutions.
• Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Assist in preparing daily/weekly reports on customer queries, return ratios, and shipping performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, and production) to resolve customer concerns quickly.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; prior experience in customer support/operations in fashion, e-commerce, or retail preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (written & verbal).
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Familiarity with order management systems, shipping portals, and MS Excel.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Positive, patient, and professional demeanor when dealing with customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,943.93 - ₹25,000.00 per month
