Role Description This is a full-time role for a Customer Support Executive located on-site in New Delhi. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day customer inquiries, providing exceptional online and offline customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and offering technical support. The role will involve direct interaction with customers to resolve their issues promptly and efficiently.
