Salary

• ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (In-hand)

• Salary based on experience & interview performance

Experience Requirement

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience mandatory

• Prior experience in

  E-commerce Customer Support

  preferred

  courier partners, delivery issues, and order tracking

• Coordinating with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist located in Delhi, India. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Additional responsibilities include providing technical support, assisting customers with product-related queries, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The individual will also analyze customer feedback to identify areas for service improvements.

• Excellent Interpersonal Skills for building and maintaining positive customer relationships
• Ability to provide effective Technical Support and understand customer needs
• Strong Analytical Skills to analyze feedback and contribute to service improvement
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
