    E-commerce Customer Support

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist located in Delhi, India. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Additional responsibilities include providing technical support, assisting customers with product-related queries, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The individual will also analyze customer feedback to identify areas for service improvements.

  • Proven experience in Customer Support and a strong focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills for building and maintaining positive customer relationships
  • Ability to provide effective Technical Support and understand customer needs
  • Strong Analytical Skills to analyze feedback and contribute to service improvement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
