Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently Communicate clearly and professionally via phone, email, and chat Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues What Were Looking For Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support (Freshers with relevant exposure can apply) Good verbal and written communication skills Calm, patient, and soft-spoken approach to customer handling Functional understanding of business process SaaS products or ERP systems Preferred Background: Candidates with prior exposure to the IT / SaaS ecosystem will be an added advantage.
