About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction:

    Respond promptly to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and live chat. Deliver clear, empathetic communication to resolve questions and issues.
  • Issue Resolution:

    Diagnose and troubleshoot customer-reported problems. Work closely with internal teams (technical and operations) to ensure timely resolution of product or service issues.
  • Documentation:

    Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken. Log issues in the support ticket system, and follow up to ensure closure and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Education:

    Guide users on how to use our services and features. Provide product information, tutorials, and tips to help customers maximize value.
  • Feedback & Improvement:

    Gather customer feedback and pain points. Proactively share insights with the team to improve our product, FAQs, and support processes for a better customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills:

    Excellent spoken and written communication in English. (Knowledge of Hindi or other local languages is a plus for supporting diverse customers.)
  • Education & Experience:

    Bachelor’s degree in any field.

    0-3 years

    of experience in customer service or call center roles.

  • Tech Savvy:

    Comfortable with online tools – able to navigate customer support software, CRM systems, and familiar with emailing and chat platforms. You should have a reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace for handling remote support calls.
  • Soft Skills:

    Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude are a must. Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult customers with professionalism. Strong problem-solving skills and the
