Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, empathetic, and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will be patient, a great communicator, and dedicated to resolving customer problems efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, and providing solutions.Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Technical Support, and Product to ensure customer satisfaction.Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.Provide feedback to the company on recurring customer issues and suggest improvements.Maintain a strong knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information.Assist with creating and updating customer support documentation and FAQs.
