Job Description:

We are seeking empathetic and service-oriented individuals to join our Customer Support team in the healthcare domain.

You will assist patients, caregivers, and hospital staff by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth support experience.

Responsibilities:

Respond to patient and caregiver inquiries via phone, email & chat with empathy and professionalism.

Assist with appointment scheduling, billing queries, insurance claims, and service-related concerns.

Validate documentation with insurance agencies and ensure compliance with claim processes.

Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM or hospital management system.

Coordinate with hospital/medical staff to escalate and resolve critical issues promptly.

Provide clear information on services, procedures, and policies.

Share feedback to improve customer experience and support processes.

Requirements:

Prior experience in customer service; healthcare/hospital or insurance support experience preferred.

Strong communication and active listening skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with care.

Familiarity with CRM systems, hospital management systems, or insurance claim processes.

Patience and empathy when dealing with patients and families.
