International Customer Support Executive About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Customer Support team. The role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to global customers.

• Location: Mohali
• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹38,000 CTC (Based on Experience)
• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Experience: Freshers & Experienced – Both Are Welcome
• Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, or emails from international customers.
• Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, or technical issues.
• Provide accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Escalate complex issues to senior teams when necessary.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
• Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to process guidelines, security protocols, and company policies.
