Customer Support Representative

We're seeking Customer Support Representatives with Good Spoken & Written English skills, including freshers!

Responsibilities:

· Be the friendly voice behind our brand, assisting customers with their inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

· Help customers navigate our website, place orders, and track deliveries.

· Learn about our beautiful floral products and gifts so you can provide recommendations and answer questions.

· Handle customer concerns with professionalism and a smile, escalating issues when needed.

· Keep records of customer interactions and contribute ideas to improve our service.

· Join a collaborative team that values your input and encourages a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

· A strong grasp of spoken English is a must.

· Fantastic communication skills, both in speaking and writing.

· A customer-focused mindset and a desire to make people's days better.

· Quick thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

· You don't need prior customer service experience; we welcome freshers.
