Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in Gurugram, for a Customer Support Representative. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, address concerns, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves responding to customer questions, providing detailed support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Additionally, collaboration with team members to improve processes and achieve customer service objectives is an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service to address inquiries and provide solutions
• Experience in fostering Customer Satisfaction and ensuring positive customer experiences
• Strong skills in Communication to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Competence in Troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical or service issues
• Ability to stay organized and work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent professional experience is preferred
