Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Gurugram Sector 30. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer concerns via phone, email, or in person, maintaining customer satisfaction, recording feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to address service gaps.

  • Experience in Customer Service and Customer Support
  • Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
  • Proficiency in using customer service tools and software is a plus
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Graduate/Undergraduate both are eligible.
