Job Description

International BPO Chat Process (UK Shifts)

Role & responsibilities

Handle customer queries via chat for UK clients with professionalism and accuracy
Provide timely resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
Document interactions and update CRM tools as per process guidelines
Collaborate with team leads to improve process efficiency and meet KPIs
Adhere to company policies, shift schedules, and quality standards

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent written English communication skills
Comfortable with
UK shift timings (12:30 PM 2:30 AM IST)
Prior experience in international BPO/chat process preferred (freshers with strong skills may also apply)
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and deliver consistent performance
Flexible with
rotational week-offs
and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving attitude and customer-centric mindset
