Job Description

Role & responsibilities Provide customer support via VOICE for international customers. Resolve customer queries and requests. Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction. Respond to customer inquiries. Regularly review customer feedback and take measures to improve customer service. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 1 year of experience in International is mandatory. Must have extensive exposure on dual chat concurrency.
