Industry- BPO

Salary Slab- Up to 3.5 LPA (With other bonus + Travel allowance)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

UG/Graduate in any stream.
Fresher/ Experienced All can apply
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to work in a rotational shift environment (24x7 operations).
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Customer-centric attitude and patience under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and with empathy, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Meet performance targets including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with product knowledge and process changes to deliver accurate information.
Handle a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining quality and professionalism.
