Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through effective communication skills.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-5 years of experience in BPO industry (customer support/voice process).
  • Strong understanding of Sales Process, Voice Process, Outbound Process, Outbound Sales, Domestic BPO, Outbound Calling, Telesales, Bpo Voice, Telecalling.
  • Excellent English language proficiency for clear communication with international clients.
