Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Handle international customer calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer orders, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and technical support to customers via phone or email.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Job Requirements :

  • 1-4 years of experience in an international voice process environment (BPO/call center).
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work on inbound voice processes for handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic computer knowledge for navigating software applications related to customer service.
