Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Make regular outbound calls to customers, dealers, and project contractors regarding
outstanding payments
.
Maintain a proper follow-up tracker and ensure
timely reminders
before and after the due date.
Coordinate with the Sales Team and Accounts Department for
payment status updates
and ledger clarifications.
Share
payment details, outstanding statements, invoices, and delivery challans
to customers as required.
Escalate
delayed payment cases
to the concerned sales manager or management for further action.
Explain
payment terms, credit period, debit/credit notes
, and resolve basic queries of customers.
Record
call logs, remarks, commitments, and follow-up dates
in Excel.
Maintain
polite and professional communication
while ensuring consistent follow-ups.

Ensure
zero-gap coordination
to support smooth business operations.
