Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Make regular outbound calls to customers, dealers, and project contractors regarding

    outstanding payments

    .
  • Maintain a proper follow-up tracker and ensure

    timely reminders

    before and after the due date.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Team and Accounts Department for

    payment status updates

    and ledger clarifications.
  • Share

    payment details, outstanding statements, invoices, and delivery challans

    to customers as required.
  • Escalate

    delayed payment cases

    to the concerned sales manager or management for further action.
  • Explain

    payment terms, credit period, debit/credit notes

    , and resolve basic queries of customers.
  • Record

    call logs, remarks, commitments, and follow-up dates

    in Excel.
  • Maintain

    polite and professional communication

    while ensuring consistent follow-ups.

  • Ensure

    zero-gap coordination

    to support smooth business operations.
