About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive who will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring timely, professional, and effective resolution of queries and complaints. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to handle multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and complaints via phone calls, emails, and chat.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaint resolutions.
• Provide detailed and accurate information about the company’s products and services.
• Follow up on customer interactions to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address and fulfill customer needs promptly.
• Identify and escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate teams.
• Meet and maintain performance targets such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 1–6 years of experience in customer service, support, or related roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (preferred).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
