Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team at Bhatia International Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in the medical devices and equipment industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Identify and escalate potential issues to senior management as needed.
  • Continuously update knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
