Job Description

Customer Support Executive (CSE)

This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a desire to be part of a mission that upskills youth in emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and counsel students, interns, and professionals about Cognimab’s IT training programs.
  • Understand individual learning needs and recommend suitable training modules.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support for trainees.
  • Assist in organizing webinars, info sessions, and promotional campaigns.
  • Provide timely responses to queries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives by promoting online and hybrid training formats.
  • Gather feedback from students and share insights to improve service quality.
  • Represent Cognimab with professionalism and empathy in all communications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer support, telecalling, or student engagement.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Basic understanding of IT training or educational services is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or call management systems is desirable.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in EdTech, training institutes, or student counseling roles.
  • Passion for education, transformation, and youth empowerment.
  • Comfortable using digital tools like Zoom, Google Workspace, and WhatsApp Business.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and team spirit.
