Customer Support Executives

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Provide timely and effective support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and nurture strong customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution.
  • Understand Mutual Fund products to assist customers efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum

    1 year

    of experience in Customer Service (voice).
  • Finance / Mutual Fund domain knowledge Mandatory.

  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
