Job Description

As a Commerce Graduate with preferably a Management Degree and previous customer service experience within a business to business capacity, you are eligible to apply for the position of Junior Customer Support Executive (SD_V003) at our Support department. Excellent communication and keyboard skills are essential for this role. In your role as a Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing efficient and polite support to customers. This includes maintaining a clear focus on enquiry resolution, interacting in a friendly manner with all customers, valuing cultural diversity, and ensuring the necessary actions are taken to resolve customer queries. You will report to the Assistant Manager Support and work in a busy office environment. **Responsibilities:** - Provide technical support and implementation onsite, over the telephone, and through other electronic mediums promptly and professionally to contribute to customer satisfaction. - Resolve as many queries as possible on the first call. - Maintain product, technical, market, and call handling expertise to efficiently perform your job. - Remain friendly, polite, and efficient at all times to achieve the company's goal of total customer satisfaction. - Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers through meetings, calls, and emails. - Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales. - Gather market and customer information to understand their businesses and requirements. **Essential requirements & Desirable attributes:** - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Efficient communication in English and any other chosen languages. - Passion for technology and willingness to build technical skills. - Ability to excel in an environment with continually set stretch objectives. - Positive attitude, proactive, and reliable. - Flexibility with work hours and willingness to work extra hours to support business growth.
