We are Hiring Customer Support Executive for a Logistics Company based in Gurugram. Candidates with experience in International logistics companies can apply. Job Title: Customer Support Executive Location: Gurugram Salary: 25000/month Experience : Minimum 1 Year in International logistics Qualification: Any Graduate Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to manage and enhance the customer experience. The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring the smooth handling of shipment coordination, documentation, and communication across freight operations. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and messaging platforms in a professional manner. Provide timely shipment updates and manage customer expectations for both import and export cargo. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, documentation, customs) to ensure seamless execution of shipments. Track and trace shipments; escalate and resolve delivery or documentation issues. Assist in preparing and verifying shipping documents (e.g., Bill of Lading, invoice, packing list). Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and shipment logs. Proactively communicate with clients regarding delays, changes, or exceptions. Support in new customer onboarding and maintaining long-term client relationships. Ensure adherence to shipping regulations and compliance standards. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business, Logistics, or related field). 1-3 years of experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics support. Knowledge of Incoterms, international shipping documentation, and customs clearance. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics systems (TMS, CRM, etc.). Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Preferred Qualities: Experience dealing with international clients. Familiarity with booking platforms, shipping lines, or freight rate negotiation.
